By accessing and using Fenomeno Game ("the Site") at potrerojuego.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides a free browser-based football career simulation game for entertainment purposes. No account is required, no purchases are offered, and no real-money wagering of any kind takes place.
Fenomeno Game is an independent fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, any national federation, league, club, or player. Player, club and league names are used for identification and simulation purposes only. All attribute ratings and simulated outcomes are fictional editorial estimates.
The Site's original code, design, texts and generated imagery are owned by us. Career cards generated by the game may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Simulated results are random and for fun — they do not represent real predictions or real player performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Questions about these terms: contact@potrerojuego.com.
